When will my order ship?
Our current dispatch time is 2 - 3 working days.
***Please remember that extended delivery times now apply to both Royal Mail and An Post as they are in the peak of Christmas deliveries. Your order will typically take a few days longer to arrive with you than normal.
*** We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas for any orders placed after Friday 17th December. However, we will continue to ship orders as normal until the Christmas break.
Every effort is made to ensure your purchase reaches you in excellent condition. For that reason we only use padded envelopes for delivery.
What delivery method do you use?
UK Customers - We will ship your items using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. It typically takes 1 - 2 business days.
Ireland Customers - We ship all items using An Post standard. It typically takes 1 - 2 business days.
European and Rest of World customers - We use TNT Express International delivery. It generally takes 3 - 5 business days delivery for European customers and 6 - 9 business days for customers in the rest of the world.
Pretty Baby Hair Accessories provides a 100% quality guarantee on all our baby hair clips and baby headbands. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your hair clips or headbands, we offer a 7 day return policy. However, items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. In your email request for a return please enter the word "return" in the subject field and include in the text of your message the following information:
1. Order number
2. Title and description of product being returned
3. Reason for return
4. Your name, daytime telephone number, and email address.
You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. There are no exceptions to this policy. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused.
